1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EfootPlus ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the EfootPlus website (efootplus.com) or the EfootPlus mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use EfootPlus. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

3. Description of Service

EfootPlus is an unofficial, fan-made platform for the eFootball video game. The Service provides:

• A searchable database of eFootball player cards and statistics
• A player build calculator and training optimizer
• Community build sharing — save, publish, like, and comment on player builds
• Squad builder and manager compatibility tools
• User profiles, social following, and community feeds

EfootPlus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Konami Holdings Corporation, PES Productions, or the eFootball franchise. All game data, player names, and imagery are the property of their respective owners.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (saving builds, following users, commenting), you must create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your profile
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or violate any rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content

You may post content including player builds, comments, usernames, bios, and social links ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant EfootPlus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing material
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

6. Premium Subscription

EfootPlus offers optional premium features through an in-app subscription ("Premium"). Payments are processed by RevenueCat and the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By purchasing Premium, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store through which you subscribed
• Premium features may change with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on EfootPlus — including our logo, interface design, code, and written content — is the property of EfootPlus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Game data (player names, stats, card imagery) belongs to Konami / eFootball and is used on an informational, fan-made basis. We make no claim of ownership over that data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that player data will be perfectly accurate at all times, as game data may change with eFootball updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EfootPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and all associated data will be permanently removed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
