EfootPlus ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use the EfootPlus website (efootplus.com) and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Google Sign-In: When you authenticate with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Profile Data: Username, display name, bio, country, and social media links you choose to add.
• User Content: Player builds, squad configurations, comments, and likes you create or interact with.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Session Data: Authentication tokens stored securely to keep you signed in.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the Service (collected via Cloudflare infrastructure).
• Device Information (App): Device type, operating system, and app version — used to ensure compatibility and fix bugs.

2.3 Payment Information

If you subscribe to EfootPlus Premium, payments are processed entirely by RevenueCatand the relevant app store (Apple / Google). We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. We only receive a subscription status confirmation from RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage your account and profile
• Enable community features (build sharing, following, comments, likes)
• Display your avatar and profile information to other users as you choose
• Verify and manage premium subscription status
• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the Service
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) database and Cloudflare R2 (for profile images), both hosted in Cloudflare's secure, globally-distributed infrastructure. Session tokens and API keys are encrypted and stored securely.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only in limited circumstances:

• Google: Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. Google's privacy policy governs the data you share with Google during sign-in. We only receive the profile data Google sends us.
• RevenueCat: Subscription verification. RevenueCat receives your user ID to validate premium status.
• Cloudflare: Our infrastructure provider. Cloudflare processes requests passing through its network and may collect IP addresses and request metadata.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EfootPlus or its users.

6. Public Information

The following information on your profile is publicly visible to all users:

• Username and display name
• Profile picture (avatar)
• Bio and country (if provided)
• Social links (if provided)
• Public builds, squad configurations, and build statistics
• Follower and following counts

Your email address is never shared publicly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data — including your profile, builds, comments, and social connections — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Anonymized or aggregated data (e.g., build statistics not tied to a specific user) may be retained for analytical purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update your profile information at any time via the Settings page.
• Deletion: Delete your entire account and all associated data via Settings > Delete Account.
• Portability: Request a structured copy of your data by emailing us.
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

10. Cookies & Local Storage

The EfootPlus website uses browser cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences (such as display settings). These are functional cookies — they are required for the Service to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
